AI to improve curstomers experience
The purpose of this project is to propose a new digital experience designed for the customers of a large company that produces and sells tubular solutions.
The students chose to develop a web platform using artificial intelligence to offer a better service to the customers by suggesting them the most appropriate product and by managing their requests efficiently.
