A platform to match job offers and profiles ending insertion path
Many companies face a strong need for low-skilled people and insertion path to fill the quotas imposed in their contracts.
The Rock Climbing is an Economic Activity Insert Structure (SIAE) that follows daily profiles in progress or at the end of the insertion path. A large company and an association unified their knowledge and ambition to propose a project that would help to solve this issue. The platform developed by the students creates a link by allowing match between job offers posted by companies and profiles shared by SIAEs.
