An interactive proactive coachbot
Flashbrand is a start-up, whose ambition is to democratize coaching between employees.It markets a software solution thanks to which a coworker of a company can ask its counterparts to get feedback on a particular topic (eg meeting, collaborative project…). The ultimate goal is to put in place a “Culture of Feedback” in companies that adopt the solution.
In this context, Paris Digital Lab students designed and developed an interactive proactive coachbot.
