With 180 000 coworkers in the world, Accor Hôtels is the first operator in the hospitality industry.
There was a great potential to leverage from collective intelligence / experiences from a hotel to another.
Creating a community enabling coworkers to share best practices was more than a new service, a real need for Accor Hôtels.
