A tool to match profiles and offers
Randstad is a world leader in human resources services.
Each week, 60 000+ applications are sent to their site for approximately 70 000 missions available. In addition to these applications, a database contains the CVs of the temporary workers who are always open to opportunities. In order to perform their matching, the Randstad agents used a search by keywords throughout the base.
The objective of the project is to provide a tool based on machine learning to quickly match an offer and a resume.
