Introducing a humanoid robot in the outlet of a French brand having a familial clientele was a challenging ambition, implying a new approach in terms of communication between the robot, the sales team and the client.
Pepper won’t replace the real human but the robot, thanks to the work of three of our students, manages to offer a playful interaction with the client.
